RETURNS

Your satisfaction is important to us.  We are confident in the quality of the products we present and we want you to be thrilled with your purchase.  If upon receipt, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund minus shipping fees.  Monogram jewelry, personalized items and custom order are NOT returnable.  If you receive a defective item, please let us know immediately so we can remedy the issue as quickly as possible.  We appreciate your trust and business.  We look forward to earning a chance to do business with you again in the near future.
